This hotel is perfect for our needs. We live in New Mexico, but my husband has recently had surgery with a specialist in Phoenix. Each visit has required an overnight stay and this hotel is close to the Dr office, very safe, clean, quiet, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We've stayed here 5 or 6 times now and always a good experience.

We enjoyed our stay and the customer service we received. My only issue was finding old fries and cheerios behind the couch. But this was addressed swiftly.

Nice place. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Good desk area to work also. Breakfast is solid too

Family visit

The shower did not drain and you were standing in 2-3” of water during your shower. There was also a long black hair that was on one of the towels on the shelf in the shower. We travel with our small children and like to be able to leave a light on when we sleep and all of the lights were too bright, even the bathroom light which is our normal go to. Breakfast on both days was convenient but not the best. French toast and waffles were rock hard. The pool area and the gym were nice. We enjoyed our stay but with the amount of hotels nearby, we would probably try somewhere else next time.
