Overall was a pretty good stay, however the late check in time of 4 is really inconvenient and there is little to no communication about being able to check in even a couple hours earlier. Fire alarm also went off during my stay with no explanation. But the room was nice and clean and me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay for the most part.

That was a "bed"?
The front desk staff was meh. Not very helpful when we where informed there was no on site parking for "hotel" guests. However, the rest of the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Now to the "bed" it was no bed, it was a full size pull out sofa bed.. with a 3inch mattress! Now we are not plus size by any means and we slept TERRIBLY.

I wish i remembered his name but the gentlemen who checked me in first night was amazing. Room was clean and functional. The only downside was those shades on windows. Very transparent so light comes right thru it. Oyher fownside the murphy bed mattrss not very comfortable. Very thin anf uncomfortable. Great staff and area though

Kennect!
Stayed 4 nights. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Specifically Dani Kalcow and Farey Gibson. Close to Chase Field and plenty of great restaurants. Will return if visiting again.

Amazing place with a couple flaws
Overall, I loved it — good kitchen in the room that I used every night, beautiful property, beautiful sunset view from the pool, great amenities, great location. Amazing value — half the price of an equivalent hotel. The on tap cold brew was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had (though it did run out near the end of my stay and was not replenished). Two problems that may or may not matter depending on your needs: 1. No blackout curtains. Just thin sheer shades. Unless you wear an eye mask, the sun WILL wake you up. I needed to be up early for work so that was fine for me, but if you need to or want to sleep in past sunrise, bring an eye mask or go somewhere else. Wild that blackout shades are not installed. I get that these are basically nice apartments… but if I lived here the first thing I would do would be hang some darker window coverings. 2. Parking: I walked and did not have a vehicle, so not a problem for me, but the front desk seemed SO relieved that I didn’t need parking. If you will have a car, DO YOUR RESEARCH on where to park and make sure you’re good with that, as it seems that they don’t have onsite parking and it can be kind of a problem.

They want a ton of extra information to stay there and the bed is a thin futon mattress on a Murphy hideaway. While the view was decent the curtain was mesh and let every bit of light in in the morning. It’s a trendy studio apartment room that is reminiscent of ikea but ultimately not comfortable and not a restful sleep.

I loved the amenities that came with my stay. Washer and Dryer along with the solution to wash clothes. The room was also furnished with dishes and cooking material There were so many things that came with the studio. The coffee, soap, body wash etc. Also the air condition worked really well. My only issue was my initial check in day was a bad experience due to nobody being at the front desk beside security. I was not able to check in and had to stay at a different hotel my first day. Angela and Jason gave their apologies to me. These were members of staff that are managers based on their words. I spoke to them through the Kenect phoenix phone number.

Brand new property with very helpful staff. I broke my foot while I was in Phoenix and they were able to help me get around. A lot less expensive than local hotels and included a kitchen and a business lounge with snacks

Great spot, but few downfalls
The location is amazing, staff is super kind and helpful, room was super clean and comfy. Faray who checked us in is AMAZING and has the best energy. The rooftop pool was beautiful also. Now the negatives. - Our room was moved because there was a weed smell in the original room that they couldn't get rid of. The new room still had a little bit of a weed smell, but it was bearable. This is a half college apartment complex, half hotel. The kids on our level apparently smoked. - Our fridge didn't work or it wasn't turned on in time for our arrival, not sure. Safe to say, the $87 we spent on groceries that trip were completely ruined because of this. We ended up having to eat out the whole time. - There is no parking. Upon booking, they send you a guest book that says "you can't park here, but theres metered parking, $30 parking down the street, or $45 valet parking next door at the hampton inn". We tried valeting next door, but they wouldn't allow us because we weren't hotel guests. We tried parking at the metered parking, but its 2 hour maxmimum. All in all, do your research before staying here.

Amazing and economical
I was not sure what to expect traveling for a conference to a fairly expensive downtown area. The studio unit was fantastic. It had all of the amenities of a luxury hotel plus some you never find (washer and drier in the room). High speed internet worked well and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I would stay again without reservation.

10/10 Perfect! Had everything I needed.
I loved my stay. Clean, comfortable room with everything i could need. Great view from my room as well as from the pool area on the roof. Friendly staff. TV loaded with streaming sites to relax to on my down time while I was visiting a friend. Would love to return in the future.

Traveled with my girlfriend and mother for the weekend and have no complaints. It was nice to be only a few blocks away from great restaurants, the baseball stadium, nightlife. Also had the pleasure of visiting their pool which provided an awesome view of the sunset.
