Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk double charged me even after I told her I prepaid the stay. Then when I went back down to the desk when I realized it she was very angry when I pointed it out ti her. Not professional at all. I would never stay here again.

First trip to this area to visit family and was amazed how centrally located it was!! Will definitely stay again for our next visit!

A fine stay. Room furnishings were worn, with either stains or soiling of chair arms, but the bed was comfortable, shower was good and room was quiet. Adequate if uninspired breakfast. Extremely hospitable front desk staff made me feel very welcome, and gave me tips to survive the heat the next day (116 degrees!).

There was a problem where power was out for a few hours but no emergency lites anywhere.
The floor we were on - the room was clean but the long hallway was not cleaned for 4 days until we said something. It was left filthy until we said something. The desk people were very good and prompt to help if needed.
Probably would not stay there again. Liked the layout of the room but everything was so old and lots of chipped paneling and furniture.
