This vacation home is brilliantly decorated, new furnishings and fully loaded with everything you need to enjoy either a family get-away, or a vacation with your friends. Dining options are plentiful....stay in and prepare a gourmet meal in the well-stocked, island kitchen and enjoy dinner in the spacious eating area or more formal dining room .....barbecue and dine outside and enjoy the patio or dock dining....or visit one of the first class restaurants in the area. Your taste-buds will surely be satisfied. Home is equipped with a Kinetico Water Softening & Sanitizer System with Bio-Pure water filtration system at kitchen sink and refrigerator. No need for bottled water and your showers will be with soft water that doesn't dry your skin out like typical Arizona water.

Sleeping accommodations include 3 bedrooms on the upper level and one bedroom and full bath on the main level. The king primary suite with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool area and breath-taking mountain and lake views has its own full bath with shower and soaking tub. Sharing a full bath are a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with one queen bed and one full double bed. For those who prefer main floor sleeping arrangements, a queen bedroom and full bath are also located on the main level. The fifth bed is the Living Room Queen Sofa Sleeper. All bedrooms include flat panel televisions.

Your vacation home has easy access to the State Farm Cardinal Stadium, Waste Management Golf Open, Barret-Jackson Auction, Peoria Sports Complex, Westgate, Lake Pleasant Marina and Scottsdale. Both beginner and experienced hiking trails, state-of-the-art water park and multiple scenic golf courses are also within minutes of your front door. Great location. Very quiet and great views from the yard. Neighborhood was really nice for walking and felt very safe. Nothing was to far even when going to Scottsdale. We were there for a golf trip. Everyone enjoyed the pool hot tub and the boat. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would definitely recommend.

Don was very helpful with letting us check in early and with questions along the way. House was good for us, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The area is great for hiking, grabbing a yummy ice cream cone from Bruster’s or being able to go to a church service. Great place for massages at D best massages or being able to check out the E bikes at Lectric Bikes! Overall it was a great time had by all!!

We had a great time with the family all together for the year 2025. So many things to do and see in the area, We especially enjoyed the Cave Creek horse trail rides. My personal favorite was watching the great egrets fly into the tree every night across the channel at sundown.

Great Location
The canals in this area host many bird species including egrets, blue herons, cormorants, coots, ducks, and geese. They fly down the waterways and the egrets sleep in a large tree across from the house. It was awesome to see them each day. The electric pontoon boat is a great way to spend relaxing time on the water. We were delighted to find a good selection of condiments, cooking supplies, ground coffee, etc. Any of you who have rented a house near Orlando know how nice it is to have that. The property is located minutes from the freeway. The hills nearby have many hiking trails. Our group of seven had a great stay.

Multi-Generational Extended Family Christmas
This was our third holiday stay and it was wonderful, as always! The boat, the view, the bird-watching, the outdoor living area with TV and fire features for heat, the pool and hot tub - these are all the "extras" we enjoy every time! Don and Teresa are very communicative and respond quickly to messages. The house was very clean and well stocked, as always. We definitely hope to be back again sometime soon!

Perfect vacation
I don’t even know where to start with how perfect this experience was! I came for my daughter’s graduation so we had family and friends visiting throughout our stay and this house fit us all so well. There are so many activities in and outside of the house that we never felt on top of each other. The pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was so relaxing with the lake view. We didn’t come for the holidays but it turned out to be a bonus coming in December because of the nightly boat rides we took to see the lights in the neighborhood. The hosts are wonderful and so quick to respond with changes and questions I had before we arrived. While here we had no problems and were so relaxed we never even needed to reach out to them. The house was clean when we arrived and was stocked with pretty much everything we needed to feel at home. The location is also great with everything you would need close by. I come to Arizona a lot to visit and this has been my favorite trip! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

perfect place for a long overdue girls weekend
We finally did it, after years of talking about getting together for a long weekend, five friends from high school gathered at this place and had a wonderful time. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were prompt with answers. The price was fair, there are not any surprises. The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and so beautiful. We woke early every morning and walked to the coffee shop down the street. We did rent a car, but it was not necessary, you could also use Uber to get around the area. Our only complaint was that we didn't have enough time to use the hot tub or pool table. The pool was where we spent most of our time. It was so perfect!

Paradise in Glendale - Hot hot hot!
We came for the sun, relaxation and fun. The pool is the crown jewel of this vrbo followed by the pontoon boat. Such a nice relaxing getaway. Being able to swim, read, soak in the sun - all our priorities for this getaway. The house has every amenity that you could want in a rental. Bluetooth speakers by the pool, a pool that is the perfect temperature, a no maintenance pool, an electric pontoon that is very simple to use and fun to take out, house on the water (in AZ!), nice patio furniture and chairs to use and eat breakfast outside, an upper balcony with a great view and lovely to have coffee on and all this with a great view of the foothills, mountains, sunrise and sunsets!! We enjoyed our 10 days immensely!

Easy check-in!! Our week was amazing in this beautiful home. Many memories were made! The home was close to everything we needed; hiking trails, shopping/groceries, restaurants, and other outdoor activities. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. This is one of the BEST VRBO homes we have ever stayed in, from the pool/hot tub, lake/mountain views, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, relaxing feel, and ease of communication with owner…….we will be back and highly recommend this home for your next vacation to Arizona.

This place was as advertised. The pictures described it perfectly. Great place to stay with our friends for the weekend for a bachelorette party. It was a ways away from Scottsdale area but overall it was easy to get to and from location with ease.

House was nice with a few issues. Info indicated pool maintenance is Tuesday but they arrived unannounced Friday afternoon. One bath towel had a red stain. I didn’t report either as both were minor. I did ask a question regarding an upstairs bathroom water temp, which was resolved. Upon my return, I received a text asking to explain why we didn’t follow instructions and left the home a mess. We started a load of towels and dishwasher, stripped all bedding, emptied all garbages, cleaned up the backyard by putting all pool toys away and cleared outside tables. We didn’t take out recycling as there was no outside container for recycling. We filled the small inside recycling container and stacked remaining items in a box next to the container. I broke down other boxes stacked them on the dryer. Two personal vehicles were in the garage, therefore I didn’t enter to leave recycling near the vehicles. We left food in the refrigerator and on the counter in the event housekeeping could use it. We did not put the cover on the boat as we had a hard time with it and didn’t want to damage. Cleaners were coming at 10am and would be addressed. We felt the cleaning fee was plenty to cover removing our recycling and food. Many food items were unopened and could have been left with the other food in the home when we arrived. He accused us of breaking a chair, which was untrue. The property is not worth dealing with the host. Many other nicer properties without untrue host accusations.
