GREAT LOCATION! Condo is located in the Montana Del Sol complex, steps from the TPC Golf Course, home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Nestled in the heart of north Scottsdale, you are minutes from the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, West World, Spring Training, Mayo Clinic, and the Scottsdale Sports Complex just to name a few. Golfing, shopping, dining, and entertainment at its finest.

The grounds are beautifully kept, and have a large heated community pool and spa, covered cabanas, and a BBQ area for your enjoyment.

The unit is on the second floor, has soaring 14’ ceilings, an open floor plan with ample windows and natural light, and a large patio. Ceiling fans throughout, WIFI, full-size washer/dryer, walk-in closets, large master bedroom with ensuite and double sinks, 2 car garage with epoxy finish and private entry, and pack-n-play for those traveling with children.

WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with tons of cabinet and counter space, bar seating for 3, and dining table seating for 6 for a total of 9. And a Welcome Basket with snacks, coffee, and wine to help relax after a day of travel.

LIVING ROOM is bright and open, with a fireplace, ceiling fan, plenty of seating, and a 50” smart TV with Netflix, HBO, and Hulu for LIVE TV.

MASTER SUITE with king bed, smart TV withNetflix, HBO, and Hulu for LIVE TV. Ensuite bathroom with his and hers custom walk in closets, private water closet, and large shower.

SECOND BEDROOM is spacious with a queen bed, walk in closet, smart TV with Netflix, HBO, and Hulu for LIVE TV, and is a few steps away from guest bathroom.

GUEST BATHROOM has a full tub/shower and is next to the second and third bedrooms.

THIRD BEDROOM has a queen-over-queen bunkbed, a pull-out twin trundle, and is a few steps from the guest bathroom.

Perfect for young families
We loved the location of the property and size. We were in Arizona for a winter getaway and this place was perfect for our family of 5. Right next to the TPC golf course and close to a ton of hikes. If you are looking for a quiet family getaway that is still close to a ton of Scottsdale attractions you cannot go wrong with this place. The hosts even had a nice bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice surprise. we will be happily back when we decide to visit Arizona again.

Great locale if you are at a conference at Fairmont
This place was absolutely amazing. Lots of space for 3 couples. Kitchen was super stocked and even a welcoming bottle of wine! Pool and hot tub area was quiet and enjoyable. Would recommend for great weekend getaway. Only hiccup was using the pound key BEFORE the gate code that was not in the directions.

Perfect location, well-appointed and super comfortable
My husband and I rented this condo for ourselves, our son, his wife, their 2-year old daughter and 4-year old son. It worked out perfectly! It is very nicely furnished and super comfortable. We had everything we needed for a lovely family get-together. We used the pool every day and took the kids to the sports park right across the street several times. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned! I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone and hope to return again.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN A GREAT LOCATION
A couple of buddies and I flew out from Texas on a week-long golf trip. This place, located in the middle of golf's Mecca, was very nice and very peaceful---perfect for winding down after a day on the course. The owner was very professional and easy to work with, so we hope to return again next spring.

Beautiful Scottsdale Condo
We recently returned from a two week stay in this lovely, well equipped, three bedroom condo in NE Scottsdale. The property is very well maintained and clean. Unit: The rooms are large with high ceilings. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils and appliances. Living room is large and the balcony can easily sit four to six people. The bedrooms are as pictured with comfortable beds and plenty of linens. The master bathroom is huge - shower stall, separate toilet, double sinks and two huge closets (one for me and one for my husband). The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The washer/Dryer was a must for our long stay. There is a two car garage to use for a car. Location: Very close to freeway access and to the Sonoran Desert Preserve. Close to the Scottsdale Sports Complex and walkable to TPC golf courses. There is alot of shopping close by for groceries, Nordstrom Rack, In and Out, Trader Joes, Walmart, Kierland Commons. Activities: The swimming pool/Jacuzzi are very clean and well maintained. There is a grill in the pool area for general use. The Sonoran Desert Preserve, 2-3 miles away, is wonderful for hiking. Top Golf, Talking Head Casino and the Diamondbacks Spring Training facility are about a 15 minute drive. We didn't golf at TPC but there were tee times available. We drove to Sedona in less than two hours for a day trip. Communication: We had two minor "issues" while staying - a battery issue on the front door lock and some marks on a nightstand. Tiffany was very easy to communicate with and responded to our questions/concerns quickly. Our security deposit was promptly returned. We had a wonderful two weeks at this property and would rent here again if we return to Scottsdale. I don't hesitate in the least to give it a 5 star rating.

What an amazing stay
Hands down, one of the best places we have ever stayed. Very, warm, clean and spacious. Tiffany went above and beyond to ensure our stay at her wonderful place was a pleasant one. Far exceeded my expectations. This is a First Class Condo at a very reasonable price. I would stay there again! Many thanks for making our stay a very positive experience.
