No security. Was nearly assaulted
Publié le 24 mai 2021 sur HotelsTerrible place! No security. Was nearly assaulted by a non resident of the hotel going to my room. I managed to run to the lobby. The guy at the front desk found him and escorted him back to the door. Didn’t call the police. It was awkward. The next night my coworker and I were awaken at 3am by hotels guest partying at the pool. The hotel lobby is always empty. Anyone can come in. Don’t go!!!

The bar/hotel lobby are combined. You need to wait for the staff to check you in while they're serving drinks. Hotel feels like it's run by uncaring college students without a manager on site. Homeless family was at the pool for 12 hours when it was 105 outside, staff didn't do anything. Halls and elevator smell and are not air-conditioned. I stepped on a dead cockroach in my room when I woke up in the morning. Bizarre room doors with frosted windows and shades that let sound in from hallway and look like they could be easily broken. I was told no one would enter my room to change towels, etc... I also had my shade drawn to indicate no service, but they came in anyway while I was away. Location is close to campus, but no restaurants around other then fast food and homeless people sleeping on sidewalks. I preferred staying at the Omni or at least in that area. It's busier, but more to do.

Friendly stuff, I’d stay for 3 nights and my very first night I found a creature walking around in my bed, I call FD and he apologized and he change me to another room, after that I was a little uncomfortable waiting to see another creature. Did not slept or relaxed so well.

A sliding door in my shower room seemed to be broken but overall best! I had nice access to CVS and other supermarkets, so much comfortable with its cleanness.
