Outdated dirty property
Publié le 17 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayI stayed at this outdated, musty filthy place. With terrible customer service. I reached out to the person of contact by text message with my concerns. The information sheet was provided to me by email and text message by the host. I sent a text message the person of contact on Thurday 14th, 2024. Which was my date of entry to this property. No reply! I then sent a message to the owner.
He replied with this statement. "The cleaning team said everything is clean." I sent him the pictures I took. Then he accused me of taking the keys to this property. Sending me a threatening text talking about he had to get a locksmith to open the door. I'm so glad I took a picture and a video of me placing the keys in the lockbox upon my departure.
However, if you look at the instructions sheet provided. It states nothing about placing the keys back in the lockbox.
All the beds feel like concrete ona bed frame. Two of the beds are full size. One kings that also felt like a slab of concrete. No proper lighting in the smaller two bedrooms. No ceiling fans or lights in those small rooms. Only small kid like table lamps. The refrigerator is for a college kid. If you notice it not in the pictures posted.
A property in this condition should not be on the any website

As a property owner who spends a lot of time and resources to keep the place clean and comfortable for guests I’m extremely disappointed in these comments and guests such as these who make a mess and writes comments like this to show otherwise. None of our previous guests hv had a single complain about the cleanliness of our property as indicative of our premier host rating. Not hosting her again.

Very comfortable and great location
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely townhome. Lacking a little in basic supplies. I think most of what was there was left by previous renters. Bed was absolute Heaven! Very comfortable throughout with nice furniture. A/C and wifi worked great! I wish they accepted pets, cuz we usually travel with our dog and we would love to stay here again.

Convenient location and very spacious!

The house had plenty of room and felt very cozy. Bonus points for the size of the bathtubs and great water pressure.
