La propreté laisse à désirer,personnel pas toujours agréable,il fallait réactiver la carte magnétique pour ouvrir la porte tout les jours.

The first room they gave me had the AC broken, the bathroom floor full of water (leak???) and a lot of cigarette holes on the blanket. So I asked for a new room and this time the AC was not working neither so it was cold, the toilet flush was not working and the TV cable is cut so no TV. It is a shame for the price.

Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

I had a very nice stay at your motel. The staff was supportive and efficient. The room was clean and adequate. The water had to be shut off the morning of Oct 22. I was not notified ahead of time of this outage, or even after it started. Fortunately, I had finished my shower just a few minutes earlier. Keep yourself customers informed, please.
