Roaches everywhere. AC was falling apart and barely worked and they moved us rooms already. Toilet upstairs was leaking through the light on the ceiling

Don’t stay here!
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsRoaches in the room. There was a HUGE one on the wall as soon as we walked in, water leaking from the upstairs bathroom. Barely any tv channels worked I’m glad I brought my laptop. Even the woman at the front desk was saying how bad this place was but we wanted to give it a chance. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

The AC didn't cool the room sufficiently, and there was no refrigerator in the room. I'm disabled and have difficulty walking and they put me on the second floor with lots of stairs to navigate. It was hot in the room and location was inconvenient for my disability.
