Wonderful home with private pool

Bee was very prompt and responsive to all my questions, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and was nice and quiet. We especially loved the private backyard with the pool—it was such a relaxing space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable.

Overall was a great property for our family of 5. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the large heated pool. Our only complaints would be that the toilets were sensitive and we often had to lift the lid and fix and there were no tissues provided throughout the house.

Awesome for my family with teens

Good location, a few minutes’ drive to Old Town in a quiet, safe-feeling neighborhood. Nice heated pool, plentiful towels both for inside and for the pool, great washer and dryer, clean, tidy, and everything worked. Easy communication with very pleasant and responsive host. Accurate description and photos. I recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice Stay in Scottsdale

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a few minor issues that were a bit of an annoyance. Instructions for entering the property were wrong, which led to frustration when we couldn't enter the property after arriving from a late flight (and no one to contact/return our call late at night). Running two hair dryers at once tripped a breaker which then came out of the electric box when we tried to reset it. Property manager was very quick to get someone out to fix this, so we appreciated the easy communication! Only other issue was toilets flushing and then constantly running and having to open the tank each time they were flushed. Otherwise, the house was clean, comfortable and stylish. We enjoyed the heated pool immensely!

Nice house in a great location

The house was great and a great location to get to everything we had planned. The inside was comfortable and laid out nicely. We loved having a heated pool and a hot tub to relax in at night. The bed were very comfortable and loved that there were plenty of pool towels. The only reason for a lower check-in is we showed up at 4:30pm and the cleaning staff was still there and weren't done till after 5pm. But the house was very clean so would rather they take the time to make sure the house was clean then walk into something dirty. Overall I would stay at this location again and refer it to my friends.

Great Property

I was gone all day returning in the evening after 6pm. The time I was there it was quiet and cozy. Temps outside at night were 50’s. Hot tub was hot and pool was warm. Inside is very clean and nice. Bed was to my satisfaction! Firm Will definitely rebook!!!

The house itself was very nice. Be very careful when you are booking.

This is a very nice home, clean, and very well stocked. We were very disappointed with the pricing. We thought we agreed on a price on the website and then charged for another. Another thing the website tells you it is a heated pool and hot tub. But after you book it (non refundable) you find out that it is an extra charge to heat the pool and to heat the hot tub. It turns out to be a very expensive weekend. $$$$$$

Immaculate Home in beautiful Scottsdale

This is one of the cleanest, best kept vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! Extreme attention to detail made this a wonderful fit our our family of 5. We stayed here with 3 kids 5 and under, one an infant. My bigger kids loved the heated pool, slide, and the hot tub as well as the "big kid" bunk beds! I loved the open floor plan where they had lots of indoor space to play and spread out all the toys we brought. The couch was very comfortable, the beds we're comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed except a crock pot - overall LOVE this place and highly recommend. Worth the price!!!

This was a professionally run rental and and was exactly as advertised! It was a very nice house with all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. Pros: Great size for us, lot's of room. Had Child booster for table and pack and play Very nice kitchen/ eating area Great Wifi and TV set up Incredibly good response to questions Master shower was luxury Cons: (nit picking) The master bed was too soft for me (I'm a bigger man) You need to heat a pool in November and we choose not too. They said they need a week notice to be sure you have a nice pool. Apparently the cost to heat a pool in AZ is crazy and is reflected in the price. There is a lone palm tree from a neighbours yard that stole our sun from 3-5 pm. Which is right when my daughter wakes from her nap. In any other month it is likely fine. It was funny how the only tree in the area managed that. Overall this is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. It was a super accurate listing and a well equipped house. There was lots of basic cooking supplies. We really enjoyed our stay and would reccomend this place!

Great Vacation Spot!

We had such a great time in Arizona and this darling house was perfectly located for us. It had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated and our kids could not get enough of the pool. It was so quiet too! We slept like babies. Thanks to the lovely Bethany for checking in on us and making it all so easy. If you need a place to stay in Scottsdale I highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at Carson’s home. It’s stylish, comfortable, well located and fun. Carson and his team were especially accommodating when I made an error in my booking and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The beds were comfy, the pool was beautiful. We even used the slide though we had to wet it first. Everything you need in the kitchen, even coffee. This was a great base for 2 families in town for a wedding. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wedding Weekend

My family of 7, my parents and sister enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Scottsdale home over the Labor Day weekend to celebrate my niece's wedding. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk in the cooler evening/morning and close enough to Camelback mountain and Pinnacle Peak to arrive and hike early before the heat of the day. We enjoyed swimming in the pool every day. The house was immaculate, group friendly and had all the necessary and up-to-date conveniences one likes to have while traveling. All of us would highly recommend this home for a stay in the area. You will not be disappointed!

Great house, Great location!

Big open area in entrance for inside play of children. The bedrooms are super comfortable as is the living room. The kitchen is spacious and clean but in need of updated and or enough pots/pans. The knives are super dull; more of a danger than a help. The dinning room table was plenty big for our party of 4 adults and 4 kids. The backyard w big pool was great. Unfortunately the water for the slide for pool was broken as was the mister system for patio just off the kitchen/dining area. There was an additional covered patio area in back that was a nice surprise. Do remember there is a large shared trash can in alley down a little ways, that is not described in house manual. Overall our stay was great in this home.
