Nice, but basic.
The unit was basic, clean with the exception of the floors, fairly convenient stay. However, getting into the unit was quite a challenge because the lockbox did not work very smoothly.

Tv did not work without it being fixed
Every communication from host said it’s worked in the past. I kept messaging host with the error message that the satellite gave us and they just kept saying we have never had a problem before. There are also a lot of light bulbs out. One of the bedrooms did not have any lights in it. Hot water was iffy and would run out sometimes within 5 minutes of starting shower.

We would stay again...great location...price was great
This property is easy to find and centrally located in Phoenix in a safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were cleaned and linens, bath wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The living room was spacious with a nice television, small sectional sofa (3 person), and coffee table. The dining room has a nice table with six chairs. The kitchen was just what we needed to feed our family and had all the dishes, cups, silverware and enhanced appliances (toaster, air fryer, crockpot, blender, and Keurig) we needed for our 11 day stay in Phoenix during Christmas. I purchased small spatula/tongs. The laundry room was perfect and had detergent for us to wash our clothes/towels. I purchased color safe bleach and fabric softener for our clothes and towels. We loved being able to use the garage but we actually did not find the opener until day 3 since it was in tucked the faux grapes on the dining table. Opportunities for improvement: New key holder/lock (someone with fake nails can't open the current one), Kitchen / new fry pans, futon needs middle leg secured, comfortable additional seating in the living room, chest of drawers in master bedroom needs new handles or the ones on it needs to be tightened, the pool needs a heater and the waterfall feature should be timed for daytime and early evening hours (currently 12:45am - 3amish). The floor needs to be professional cleaned with a steam cleaner to get old set-in stains.

Myself and 6 other ladies, stayed here...we absolutely loved the house...only thing I would add, is that the hot water in the master bedroom don't stay hot at all, but other than that, we fell in love with Arizona 💚

House, location, amenities all great. They only had two spoons but easily remedied with disposable ones we bought. The ONLY issue was the lockbox was difficult to open. Otherwise what a great place!

Perfect for a great family getaway

This home was nice and in a central area. I would stay here again. A tip sheet would have been nice because we didn't know where the trash bins were and the TVs weren't the easiest to figure out. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish soap provided. The pool was ok but no lights at night and the filter kept coming apart. There was propane in the tank for the grill. If you have multiple vehicles just know that there is no parking on the road so they need to fit in the garage and on the driveway. All together I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice VRBO
Very nice 3 bedroom home. It was clean and well equipped with a couple of minor upgrades needed. As others have stated the pool is cold even when it was 95 out and please note there are no pool lights or direct lights on pool so after dark swimming is a little risky. Kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast pots and pans are very old. It would be helpful to have an information sheet about things like washer/dryer, light switches (on a remote) and parking procedures etc. the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. It’s close to Costco and freeways. Just a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again if we are in Phoenix.

The place weas good. Getting in the front door was a pain. The owner uses a lock box that contained the front door key. We had a Lot of difficulty getting the lockbox open. It was getting dark and raining lightly and we just couldn't get it to open. Had to call the owner who came by to assist... Even she had a little difficulty opening it, but she got it and showed us around the house. ** My concern on the front door key is that it is poor security! Anyone could make a duplicate key and get back inside as opposed to a digital lock that the owner can change the code for each guest. - Because of that I would hesitate to stay there again. The house was sparse but Clean with three great beds. Great location close to major highways.

We had everything we needed and the property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with shopping close for incidentals. We had an amazing vacation with beautiful warm sunny days. The lockbox for the key was hard to open. The entry door from garage into the house was also difficult to open/close and lock. The blinds on the patio door need to be replaced/repaired. Certainly not deal breaker issues. Would we return? ABSOLUTELY!
