Better than expected!!

A pleasure waking up every morning to gather outside on the back patio to enjoy views of the lake. The inside of the house has such a great layout that you will never feel like you don’t have space to “get away” if you are staying with a group of family or friends. Clean and well stocked. The only fail I would say is the patio outdoors should have had a better cleaning of the lights, doorways and BBQ. We took it upon ourselves to clean these areas. The pool was great and water temp was perfect for May. I will mention that this outdoor space would not be safe for younger kids. The pool is not enclosed. The neighborhood is super quiet. We would definitely rent her again, as it suited our every need.

It doesn’t disappoint!
Publié le 12 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOur family of 5 had a great stay for 5 days to spend a few nights before moving our daughter into her freshman year at ASU. The neighborhood is clean and inviting, quiet, and safe. The home has the most perfect view of the golf course across the water. We sat on the porch every morning and evening to enjoy the views and cooler temps as daytime was 107°+. Wished it was our daily view! The pool was perfect for us and we used it every night after the evenings cooled down. So much room inside the house and the beds were very comfy, great night’s sleep! It was nice having the garage to park in, laundry room to use, and tv’s everywhere to watch our own shows. Our teenage son loved the pool table. We most definitely would stay again!! Our hosts were just a message away and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Great for a family of all ages!
Publié le 5 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay. There’s plenty of space for everyone. TVs throughout to accommodate different ages and groups. The kids loved the downstairs game room area. Kitchen and family room were perfect for our meals together. Pool was perfect… not huge but big enough. This is a split floor plan which was fine for us but may be difficult for people with disabilities as there is no bathroom or bedroom on the entry level. Property manager was very responsive to questions via text.

Island at Ocotillo
Publié le 31 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe come to the Chandler area every year for a hockey tournament. We started out staying at local resorts but eventually started using VRBO for convenience and cost. This has to be the best rental home we’ve visited in the last 5 years! It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood.The owners have really put a lot of thought into the home and our stay was so comfortable. We loved sitting in the back patio and watching the morning golfers. My sons ages 18 and 20 loved the pool, pool table and were thrilled with the number of televisions in the house. And the added bonus of being able to bring our small dog along was really appreciated. We would love to stay here again!

Scenic Getaway
Publié le 30 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place to stay! We spent almost our entire stay in the backyard enjoying the patio, scenery/nature/golfers, outdoor TV, and pool. It was a very relaxing spot with plenty of dining options within a 10 minute drive. 25 minute drive from the airport. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the Phoenix area.

Family Vacation to Arizona

They visited and were impressed with the house and the neighborhood. Celebrated our grandson’s 6th birthday while we were there. We will be back!!!

Wonderful Place to Stay in Ocotillo
Publié le 20 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed staying at your home in Ocotillo. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool table on the lower level was an added benefit. We had a very restful enjoyable week with our adult children whom we do not get to see often enough. It was also nice to be back in Arizona where we lived for 23 years. Thank you very much for hospitality, easy check in and communication. The next time we come to Arizona we plan to stay at your home again if available.

Amazing stay

The manager was very communicative. We had issue getting hot water and it was fixed in timely manner by the manager. Pool is awesome and the lakeside location can’t be matched.
There was TV every room so that different people can watch different things if need be .
Overall a lot of fun.
