This newly remodeled and professionally decorated condo, in the Maya Condominium, is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. It features a heated resort-style outdoor pool and hot tub, a gym, pool, ping-pong, gas BBQs, and reserved covered parking. The condo is centrally located near all the amenities for easy access.

The recent luxury renovation features a high-end atmosphere with granite countertops throughout, new bedroom carpet, stainless steel appliances and a professional designed Bohemian-contemporary decor. Luxury linens, magnificently comfortable beds, pool towels & robes await. Blow dryers, curling irons are also provided.

Outside, an inviting private patio boasts of both shade and sunny spots. A retractable door makes this a delightful outside room. For the sports and cinema fans, each room is equipped with a 55” LED SMART TV – cable provided. The convenience of high speed wireless internet is included.

We liked having two primary rooms with bathrooms. Condo had EVERYTHING! We appreciated the little touches: hair styling tools, nice hangers, plenty of towels, laundry hamper, nice coffee mugs & wine glasses, back gate to hot tub and pool. Super clean and good location.

Stayed here with a friend for four nights after reading great reviews which were highly accurate! Condo is clean, nicely decorated and immaculate as well as very comfortable beds!Location is very convenient and close to shops and pubs, and restaurants. Elizabeth was excellent to communicate with and prompt in responding to our questions (both before and during our stay). Her rental was very clean and well stocked. The patio was lovely and the unit was close to the hot tub, pool and fitness room. Having Sprouts right across the street was most convenient. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. Old Scottsdale Explored
I've been to Phoenix a few times now, but wanted to explore the Scottsdale / Old Scottsdale area in further depth. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four - 2 adult girls. They had their own beds and bathroom in one room and we had our own bedroom / bathroom. The outdoor space extension was a nice addition. We used the pool a couple of times and walked to multiple locations from our unit. The area itself is good, but just on the edge of the redevelopment occurring in the area as you head west to the Fashion Mall and 5th Ave East etc. Overall, we had a great time and would certainly consider staying at this unit again.

My brother and sister met to celebrate our birthdays. We loved the condo. Especially the outside sitting area. The pool was amazing. Easy access to pool and spa. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were amazingly comfortable . Loved the layout. Will definitely come back to this specific condo given its proximity to everything.

A Real Gem
What a pleasure it was to stay at this beautiful VRBO! There were so many thoughtful touches in this unit. First, communication with Elizabeth was easy and quick. She had directions loaded on the VRBO confirmation, which were much appreciated, as the GPS wasn’t helpful in the big complex. Getting into the unit was super easy. The unit itself is very nicely decorated and very clean. One of the previous reviews said the condo was dated. The building itself may be older but the unit itself is absolutely lovely— not dated at all. We appreciated the surprise gift when we arrived, the coffee bar, the very well-stocked kitchen, the variety of pillows, the screened sitting area, and the extra plugs/usb next to the bed. The central location was great - whatever we needed was a short walk or drive. We had such a lovely stay! Already talking about returning next year.

This place was amazing! Kitchen options were wonderful. If you're staying on the weekend, it would like to play ping pong. You may want to go and ask with the business office about the paddles in the balls for the weekend. You have to get those from the business office and they were closed on the weekend. Amenities were great. Heated pool, pool table (little old)hot tub. Wonderful. This place I would recommend 100 percent.

Elizabeth’s condo is just adorable! It is very nicely decorated and it was the perfect size for 4 adults. The screened in porch was fantastic! The unit is within walking distance of Old Town, Fashion Mall, a grocery store, walking paths, Giants stadium, and many restaurants. We loved our time here. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We would rent here again if in the area.

Ive stayed in the maya condominiums before. Love the pool and it was heated! One down fall is the heating/ac system isnt by individual unit. So there was no AC when we were there, even though temperature was above average. Nothing to do with the host. Just the way the buildings are set up. Location is perfect to walk to old town. Tons of places to eat around the area Would definitely stay at Maya condominiums again

The condo complex is in a great area of town and the unit was very well maintained and updated. We had not issues and very much enjoyed our stay. Because of the weather we were not able to enjoy the pool area

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The place was extremely comfortable and the amenities were well thought out. We had everything we needed! We were impressed with all the little things like disposable makeup removing wipes, extra blankets, and the extra hair tools. The beds, sheets, and pillows were extremely comfortable. We used both Sprouts and Fry’s for our couple extra groceries (recommend Sprouts). We walked several times to the Old Town shop/bar area. It was very safe and walkable without heels. We also used UBER and service was quick. We were extremely disappointed the heated spa was not working during our stay. We did specifically book this place for the spa and planned to use it. We also wished there was some sort of patio heater. The patio was so cutely equipped but being that it’s covered it was too chilly to use on our stay. We also struggled with the key pad a bit but I think that may have been affected by the colder temps too. I did contact Elizabeth a couple times during our stay and she was so responsive! I really really appreciated that!! Thanks for sharing your place!
