property is unsafe surroundings and had roaches on my bed. I do not recommend if your looking for something safe and no drugs. They have armed security for what its worth.

Booked a room at Premier Inns Tolleson to stay after taking my daughter and her teenage friends to a concert at the Talking Stick Amphitheatre nearby. Checked into the room before the show hoping to freshen up. Property was located directly behind a large porn shop, and seemed very sketchy. First room was a smoking room facing the pool. We could not deal with the smell, so I asked for a non-smoking room. That room was on first floor facing the porn store. It only had one flimsy lock on the door and did not feel safe for 4 women to be staying at alone. We immediately decided we would be better off driving home 3 hours after the show than staying there and turned in our keys never to return!

Bed comforter were dirty. Shower head wasn't working properly. No courtesy plastic cup and ice container.

When we first made the reservation we made it for the following night in the night after that which we didn't find out till we got to the front desk. So we just made another reservation for that night. So that meant that we had the room for 3 days. The following morning we were made to check out of the room and check back in at 4:00 which was a huge inconvenience to us when we tried two nicely ask I think it accommodated in any way and find us a room to move to without having to move everything down to our car instead if we didn't check out the room immediately they would put us on a DNR list which means do not run into we would never be able to get from anywhere. The pool says it's open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. but they close it at 6:00 p.m. the ice machine is broken in the room stink I could go on but I believe that's it enough.
