Delisa has described this property perfectly! The pictures depict the condo to a tee. It was wonderful, well maintained and equipped with whatever you need! The surrounding facility is lovely and so well taken care of! The convenient location made it so easy to grocery shop, eat out and get to the many surrounding parks and hiking trails! The communication with DeLisa was fantastic. She was so kind, accommodating and always promptly responded! Couldn’t ask for a kinder, friendly Host! Great accommodations!
The place was very clean and comfortable, especially the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything you would need for your stay. Great location, was very close to a grocery store(walking distance), and close to Grand Ave. We took advantage of the gym and hot tub at the community clubhouse, which was just a 2 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay at DeLisa’s place.

My family was very lucky to find this gem while waiting until our home was ready. The property was clean and decorated so nicely that it felt like home as soon as we walked in. The gated community and private garage access were both bonuses and added safety features. The owner communicated well and responded promptly. I highly recommend this property for any stay.

Great location and amenities
We stayed at Delisa’s condo the month of March for a trip visiting friends, family, and touring. The condo is super clean, beds very very comfortable. Delisa was very quick to answer our questions. We liked the storage of having two garage stalls, the easy access to the property, and how comfortable the condo was. The condo was as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time at the pool and also used the grill poolside. We liked the location a lot, as a lot of our visiting and golfing was in the Surprise area. An added bonus was the close proximity to the Surprise Stadium for spring training, a 5 minute drive, thanks for a great month!
