Lovely Property with plenty of room!

Beautiful Santa Fe design home backing up to a gorgeous mountain. At this time of year, we didn't use the pool, but it looks very inviting for summertime. The only problem we had was with communication. It seems like several people were involved, but no one could answer our questions. We were bounced from one to another. There was also mis-communication between the Owner and Property management because a Roofer was on the roof making noise for 2 of the 4 days we stayed. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but it did to us. We loved the expansive beams, high ceilings, & comfortable bed & furniture.

Stayed with family over Christmas. We all enjoyed our stay and they had everything you could need and more. Only negative were the floors...extremely dirty...like our feet were black after walking around. Other than that I highly recommend!

1st Family Trip

This was a great size vacation home for myself and extended family to stay for a weekend get-away. We love the house and wanted to stay 1 more night but we couldn't. The drive is a bit a ways from the actual city, but you can not beat the clear sunset view and the clear night sky. We will definitely be looking to book another vacation home when we decide to travel again.

Great Getaway Stay near Anthem/Happy Valley AZ

We were here for a Wedding in Anthem and this place was perfect for 3 couples! Very spacious and a open layout. We did not feel cramped and had enough space for all of us to roam around. The spa had an enclosed area and was a nice added feature for hanging out after dinner. The garage had space for all of our cars which was a plus. THANK YOU!

Perfect for a golf trip

Had 4 guys for a golf trip/WM Open. Plenty of room and nice amenities. Pretty much exactly as advertised. Staff was very helpful with the few questions we had. Would absolutely rent again.

The property had plenty of space, almost too much. the enclosed patio was great, we ate most of our meals out there. Unexpected bonus of being only a couple of hundred yards from a really nice hiking trail. We did have one small issue with water heater, but they sent someone out at soon as we let the property manager know. Could not have responded any faster. Great Kitchen with all appliances and pots/pans that you could possibly need. Wonderful time.
