Guest Safety Instructions:

For your safety, we have a self-closing sliding door. Please note that there is no fence around the pool area, so it's essential to keep a close watch on all children.

The pool has a depth of approximately 5.5 feet. We provide pool toys for kids and a recliner for adults, all conveniently stored in the storage box near the pool. You'll also find an air pump there for your use. There is an electrical outlet right by the pool pump.

Security Information:

Motion-activated exterior security devices are in place for your safety. These devices record both video and audio and are positioned at the front door and above the garage. They are outward-facing and located at the front of the house. There are no Cameras or any audio recording devices in the backyard for your privacy.

The PERFECT home!
This was truly the BEST VRBO we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at many over the years! The house was immaculate and stocked with any and every item and amenity we could have ever wanted. The extra touches went above and beyond, from the coffee bar to the full range of pool toys, from the comfy beds to the garage parking. The shining star of the home, though, was the backyard!!! The pool was amazing, and the bonfire pit and outdoor seating made for an absolute dream vacation!! If we ever are fortunate enough to come back yo the area, we will most definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

They have thought of everything it is so well stocked. We have stayed in a lot of VBRO and this is the best one. We loved the pool with all the toys and floaties for the 4 yr old in our group. She had a huge smile the entire time. Its a great neighborhood with stores close.

Great Home!
We just had the pleasure of renting this home. It exceeded our expectations in every way. They were very accommodating at check in making us feel welcomed and at ease right from the start. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic pool and yard. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The Owners of this House Have Thought of Everything
The house was wonderful and very clean and comfortable. Everytime we thought we might need something, we found it in a closet or cabinet. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was perfect for our small family. We spent much time swimming and playing cards by the pool. Just a wonderful experience!

A lovely getaway retreat
Very comfortable home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Amazing backyard overlooking the golf course; with a beautiful pool, covered dining area and a great fire table we enjoyed every evening. Our hosts were amazing in making certain our needs were met. The location is very convenient and easy to quickly get to great restaurants, golf courses, and shopping.

This was a great property for our family getaway! The location is in a very quiet/safe neighborhood and convenient to activities, grocery stores, and restaurants. Tony was easy to communicate with and the house offered everything we needed, plus more. While we were at the house, we spent the majority of our time in the lovely backyard outdoor spaces and pool - very clean and well maintained.

Perfect for us!
Wonderful time with old college friends. The house was even nicer than we expected. It was immaculately maintained both inside and out. Tony responded promptly to all my questions and had the pool heated and waiting for us upon our arrival. We enjoyed the fire pit and barbecued out one evening. The pool was delightly clean and warm and the house provided plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked; the only thing I missed was a whisk! One thing I think would have helped us and perhaps future renters is a warning of the step down from the laundry room to the garage. Two of us tripped twice both times twisting our ankles. Other than that, the whole vacation was a stress free holiday. Thank you, Tony for all your help.
