The floors in our room were so so dirty. We couldn’t walk around without getting my feet disgusting. People were nice they just need to clean better!

The computer was down. Did not get into the until 430. The room was ok for the price. The ho7sekeepers should check behind the door when cleaning the bathroom

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations of this property when looking at it from the outside. It looks kind of worn on the outside and is in a high traffic area. But once we went inside my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The lobby was clean, there was ice water and coffee available while we waited, there was a bar attached to the lobby which is great, the staff was friendly and looked clean and presentable. The lady who does the breakfast is AMAZING! I love her! She did a great job telling some teenage girls who were talking loudly and cussing that they would need to use their inside voice in a way that was motherly as well as respectful, and the teens listened. Our room was also clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were great after a very long day.

The last time I stayed at this location, they had no hot water for 2 days. This time, our sink and toilet were both clogged and they told me that I could come get the plunger from the office and unclog it myself which was interesting. when we checked into the room, our TV only let us watch one channel. We ended up switching rooms and it was better but the TV was still losing signal ever 5 minutes and there were beer cans and empty bottles of alcohol lining the balconies from the construction workers staying there. It was a bit noisy and overall not satisfying.
