L'établissement est annoncé comme étant un hôtel. Or, il s'agit plutôt d'un motel, ou encore d'un "inn": les chambres sont accessibles de l'extérieur, ce qui en fait un environnement peu sécuritaire, surtout considérant le quartier où il est situé. Bien que les chambres soient propres, les corridors ne le sont pas. Les heures d'ouverture du bar de l'hôtel sont réduites (fermeture à 9pm), le rooftop bar est fermé en semaine, et il faut s'enregistrer avant d'utiliser la piscine. Tout cela rend l'expérience désagréable, alors que le même hôtel vante l'expérience client.

Hello! Thank you for stopping by and staying with us! We do appreciate the feedback that you have provided! As our hotel is designed in a specific way as we love the beauty of it being outdoors. We do apologize about any miscommunication as our rooftop bar is open during our peak weekdays. We do have a bar and restaurant open every day as well! We do also want you to be able to enjoy the pool before check-in as we do give you that option. We understand that our hotel is for a specific clientele, but we hope that you stay with us in again in the future!

Joli hôtel déco sympa !
Publié le 16 nov. 2021 sur HotelsBon hôtel , la vue de la chambre donnait sur un tas de terre pas top , et le ménage était bien mais sans plus. La piscine donne directement sur la route et est donc bruyante mais elle est très belle !

On the Travelocity website, it said room service, well, there is no room service. I had to go to the restaurant for ice and an ice bucket. The TV was Apple TV which it wouldn’t take my log in info. I just wanted a little news. What topped it off was there was no coffee pot in the room and the place to get coffee couldn’t charge to my room, which would have been fine if I brought my wallet with me. For someone who just wanted to veg out after a long day at the hospital, it really didn’t suit my needs.

Thank you for letting us know. Traveloicty does have it wrong on their website and we will make note of the issue. Our Tv's do have live tv, the Netflix, Hulu and Prime apps. We do have Cartel Coffee located on property for all your coffee needs but, Cartel Coffee is not part of the hotel. So sorry you did not enjoy your stay but, we hope you give us another chance

Hello Rise, you still owe me for checking out less than 24 hours of checking in. Noisy, dirty, terrible front desk people and the lighting was horrific.

This hotel was very cool! Please note this is a very “open concept” layout. The shower is out in the open and does not have a curtain or door. This was fine for us as a couple but might be awkward for families or friends. The rooms were decorated so nicely and the pool was great. They have waitstaff that bring you drinks and food. The coffee shop on the property, cartel, was also very good! All the staff were extremely kind. The only thing I will say is not to walk around that area at night. We got in late and walked .2 miles down the street to a taco truck for some dinner. Walking back we were chased by a man but luckily he stopped and turned around. During the day seemed fine though.
