Condo 114

We enjoy the condo! Very comfortable and quite large. The only problem, for the winter season, it faces north and you get no sun. I'm sure in the warmer seasons, its great to have all the shade.

Loving sun

The property was clean and people very friendly. Bummer that the jacuzzi wasn’t working for a period of time. Also the unit that we had rented was very nice inside but carpets were very dirty and stained. Had allergies that I never experienced when spent any time in condo. Overall-very good experience!

Park Place

The only issue we had was the insertions to get into the condo was through the patio door. The instructions did not say that this door was on the other side of the building away from the assigned parking space but one of the residents helped us out. We never did use the assigned parking space as it was a pain to get to the condo from it, just used guest parking like a lot of the residents. Arizona Elite and the owner were very responsive to a couple of small issues we had. Enjoyed the location...

No Surprises in Surprise

Great condo to spend part of the winter in. Fully stocked. We’ve always rented from private parties in the past so it was a little different dealing with a corporate rental. (no personal contact) But it worked out fine! Only negatives are a lack of amenities on the property itself. Just 1 small pool, tiny exercise room, etc. The condo association seems to be discouraging seasonal rentals however. Three condos that were occupied by snowbirds last winter are now on yearly leases.

Mid Feb thru March 2019

We had a absolute fabulous stay at this condo in Surprise. The condo itself was just a pictured and very comfortable! Easy assess to major roads and great shopping very close. The condo community was quiet, yet residents and others staying we very friendly. Looking forward to next year ! Roger and Tracie from Nebraska

Great place-rental management company not great

I have no complaints about the condo or VRBO. My only issue is with the rental management company. Once the rental agreement is signed, they are the ones that deal with the money and any issues with the place. VRBO is the middle man and just deals with listing the place. The rental management-Elite Vacation Rentals (EVR) became terrible at handling any issues that arose. I would have to call several times or speak with multiple different people instead of the woman I was working with to get things done. For example, the mailboxes were remodeled and new keys had to be given out. The management company didn't let the condo HOA know that I was renting it, so they refused to give me my key until someone from EVR spoke with them to give them permission for me to pick them up. I had already been living there for a month and the keys I was allowed were on the lease agreement, but that wasn't good enough. I let EVR know, and it took them over a week and another phone call to contact the HOA. During that time I had several packages and mail returned to senders. When I had to move early due to a job relocation, I emailed EVR my contract a month in advance and asked if I could get a possible refund since the early move out was job related. I was informed they would try to re-rent the condo and if they could, I would be refunded. Come to find out they never attempted to re-rent. I ended up advertising the place myself on Craigslist. I asked for some form of compensation because they flat out lied to me and didn't do as promised. Of course no one would answer my calls, return my voicemails, or emails. I am now waiting on my refundable damage deposit that has yet to be returned to me. Again, this is nothing against the place itself or VRBO. I contacted VRBO for help and they did the best they could. Because they don't deal with the money part, they couldn't issue me a refund. They did give me additional numbers and people to call at EVR, but of course that was also a dead end. Avoid working with Elite Vacation Rentals at all costs.

Thank you for your insightful comments. Your reservation just ended on 8/24/18 officially. Becuase you depart early does not mean that we did not honor your paid reservation until the end. Your deposit has been now been refunded. Arizona states that we have 14 business days to refund your deposit from your final day of your reservation. At EVR it is our firm desire to provide quality customer care for every guest, every day of their visit. We have a contact for every guest 24-7 for any issues and that was clearly indicated on your move in instructions. We are all sorry you did not take advantage of that. Wishing you well in your future travels. We will continue to serve all of our clients with above and beyond expectations.
