Publié le 25 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was great other than a very strict email from the owner and they were watching us outside in the back on video. Also didnt find out until the last day before we got there that we need to pay for the pool to be heated and to use the hot tub.

Leaving a review 4 months after you stayed can be very hard for the host to respond as we have had 5000 guests stay after you. As we get 98% 5 Star ⭐️ reviews you are a rarity and being one of Scottsdales largest owners we also have full time service staff that were never contacted during your stay? Nearly all our guests or large groups are extremely happy saving the ten thousand dollars over getting separate resort hotel rooms for your peak season dates.

Incredible place for a great price

We had a blast!
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI am going to be completely honest, when we drove up to the house we were disappointed. It seemed like nothing special. Our impression didn't change much walking in, but the back yard made the trip! There were 12 of us, and we loved the pickleball, swimming, volleyball, outdoor tv, ping pong, hot tub, etc, etc. etc. We never had to leave, as our entertainment was right there! I do feel the extra fees were a bit excessive, ( never heard of paying extra for a deep clean), but we had so much fun, we were able to overlook some relatively minor issues. Also the beds were very comfortable. The house was lacking some basic equipment when we arrived ( kleenex, soap, etc) but the owner was very responsive. All in all we did love it, and would probably stay there again. Perfect location!

Falling Short but good location

So sorry Dan. 95-98% of the ten thousand guests we host annually leave 5 Stars and all sports equipment was Inspected before your arrival? So sorry you were so upset about paying to heat the pool as listed in the description. Next time remember a simple text our customer service and they would have fixed / replaced anything you requested. Think you will also find every resort in the world actually charges for sports equipment rental. Well aware $150/night plus tax per room during peak season when every resort in this area was over $1000/night is a cost savings but still a lot for some groups. Wish you had a better stay.
