The room was clean , however, there were no wash cloths and only one hand towel in my room. It was inconvenient, as the front desk told me they were unable to deliver towels to my room. I had to go to the front desk an pick them up.

All, but that incidental
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsI’m nine months pregnant so being there is like heaven clean room super great people atmosphere Hands down Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in Seriously, like a Cloud. Only thing that kind of drove me a little yeah incidental some made me actually pay the 25 and some just took my card so I never knew what I was doing if I needed that $25 on there or not send they say you have to pay for parking every day I paid for the first day and never again incidental again I never knew if they were just gonna put my card on file or if they were gonna actually swipe it and think after six days of staying there and still gonna be staying there when it call you at 10 o’clock at night threatening to kick you out if that $25 isn’t paid when you try to pay it earlier and there was issues so it’s not like I just avoided it again. I’m nine months pregnant. I get pregnancy brain and I forget things I get really tired. I’m still staying there for a few more days if I forget to pay that $25 fee today, you decided to swipe it and not just enter the card number on the computer , don’t call me and tell me if it’s not paid by midnight kick me out when I’m staying there you’re the ones that charge $25 a day

The only thing that I didn't like was the difficulty in controlling the room temperature. With the thermostat set at 76, the room alternated between being either too cold or to hot. It never seemed to adjust to stay at 76 without constant blowing of the fan or heating back up to the set temperature.
Other than that, i give the hotel a 10 out of 10 rating in all areas.
