This amazing property is furnished in the charming south-west style and features a private swimming pool and large covered patio. This large home provides an excellent area for entertaining or relaxing, while enjoying the amazing Arizona weather. The Red Mountain Ranch Country Club and Golf Course are just a stroll away! Many restaurants and places for shopping are nearby. *Please note that the pool is not heated in the winter months unless requested 7 days prior to check in and additional fee is paid.*

1st impression of the house was great The house is located on a flight path small airport planes,and helicoptersThe window sills had dead bugs and cob websWe found stained throw pillows.The kitchen glasses,dishes and,stove top were dirty.The BBQ was not clean and had a broken dirty bbq brush.The outside garbage contained empty beer cansThe middle bedroom had a dirty wine glass between the bed frame and mattressThe Master bed room shower had moldand the hallway ceiling filter was dirty.The pool was not heated as requested.The owner was contacted,and instructed us to flip the breaker.We lost 2 days.The breaker had to be flipped a 2nd time.The pool was not heated on the last day of our 8th day of our stay ywYet charged 600.00As a courtesy we reached out to the hosts to make them aware of the house not being prepared for their guests.The response was"sorry these items did not meet your expectations" and "the house cleaners would be more than happy to come back and address anything to your satisfaction.But we did not hear from you during your stay".We would have had to call daily starting 1st night having mold in the shower.Next day dirty dishes,that night a tub with a rusty drain,that doesn't have a drain plug,a bed with a dirty glass, the day we went to use the BBQ ,when the toddler finds dead bugs and cob webs on the window sill.Extremely surprised No apology for mold which can cause respiratory symptoms, needing remediation! Disappointed!!!

Our stay was wonderful! This is the second year in a row that we stayed at the house. It is well located by the 202 major roadway; close to grocery stores and sports bars for hockey games at night. The place was clean and we cooked in most evenings - all worked well!

Everything you could want or need!

Our stay was perfect! The house had everything you could need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Multiple equipment items for infants. Pool and backyard are beautiful! We hope to book the house again next year!

The house was very large and in a great location. Bed in the master bedroom was rather high for me to get in and out of , but I am only 5'2 so may work better for taller people. Quiet neighborhood.

Quiet neighborhood

It’s close to the freeways but in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Danielle was a very responsive host which was nice since we were there last minute for a funeral

Family Wedding Accommodations

Rented this home for our family to stay in when our son got married at the Red Mountain Ranch Golf Club. Wonderful accommodation, hosts were very responsive and helpful. Property was clean, well maintained with nice furnishings, even stuff for baby. Especially great place for larger families with four bedrooms, nice televisions, pool, and large dinning room.

The Perfect Get Away!

Absolutely beautiful, beautiful home! Comfortable, neat and clean! The host's specifically Danielle was very attentive, and responded quickly to our questions, always very helpful. The home has everything you need from top to bottom, kitchen appliances, pantry goodies, laundry room, 2 car garage, empty and clean! You will certainly get a good night's rest in the comfortable bedding. As an added bonus, both bathroom have double vanity areas, conducive to a group of 6 to 8 people. The photos are nice, however in person is 10 times better! Very impressive indeed. It was difficult to say farewell. We hope to return some day soon! Thank you Danielle! Mission R&R accomplished!

Awesome home away from home!

We loved this comfortable, clean, fully stocked home for our family getaway. The neighborhood is perfect for walk on golf, area hiking and easy highway access for all other adventures. We especially loved the back patio and yard for relaxing. Will definitely rent again on our annual trip!
