Spacious as described

We stayed one night. It was comfortable and both bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Well stocked with drinks. There’s a dedicated parking space even though there’s street parking. The only thing is that the bedroom door doesn’t lock.

Close to Cubs Sloan Park!

Great location - got there in less than 10 minutes from the Sloan Stadium. The only take way was the fact that our door did not lock. There was a code on the outside door but not one on the actual bedroom door. No problems but just a suggestion perhaps, for security.

College Visit and Baseball Trip

Everything was as described. Chris was a great host and very communicative. We were looking for a place to stay in the Mesa area that was budget-friendly and close to some spring training sites and downtown Phoenix. Super close to the freeway which was convenient for our trip. The amenities were fairly basic so if you require something super modern or fluffy oversized towels this may not be for you. The refrigerator with soda and bottled water were a huge plus.

Okay for a night

Very handicap friendly, which I didn't need. Had a disturbing odor, especially linens. Can't watch TV unless you have an acct. Bed was comfortable. Hot water plentiful. Breakfast was just a little egg sandwich, but coffee, water bottles, and chocolates were provided.

Perfect spot

We spent one night here on our way through town. It was easy to find, quiet neighborhood, and Chris is an excellent host! The room/bathroom were spotless and all the extra touches he has added really make it great! Chris was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly.
