For those looking for peace & quiet in prime Upscale Scottsdale location. This luxury 4 bedroom home is situated on over 1 acre of desert landscaped property in NE Scottsdale. Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. Ideal for families or adults looking to escape the noise! The home is approx 3100 sq. ft and is beautifully maintained by pride of ownership. The home offers 3 bedrooms on the main level plus a lovely private master up, with spacious ensuite and private balcony overlooking pool and grounds. The pool and Fire-pit are totally private as you look towards the desert landscape. The outdoor BBQ grill area overlooks the pool w misters to keep you cool on hot days! There's plenty of Outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace and sunshine. The home is situated in a very private residential (desert landscaped) neighborhood. Quiet & private location all homes spread far apart from each other on large lots

We are located off Shea Blvd at 128th St approx 10 min east of the 101 loop. 20 min to Old Scottsdale and 35 min to Sky Harbour Int'l Airport. The area is surrounded by world class Golf Courses and fabulous shopping in upscale Scottsdale.

For those with Pet Allergies we are a NO Pet and Non Smoking property. Please note, Pool Heat is an extra charged calculated manually after booking based on the time of year. Pool Heat is only required from October to May. For longer term bookings please inquire with the owner regarding the cancellation policy and deposit schedule. Our family enjoyed the pool, giant home in secluded Scottsdale area close to Mayo Clinic. Lots of towels and pool toys. Kitchen had everything and my husband loved the outside fireplace. We bought lots of wood at the grocery store and watched the stars and planets. Owner and property manager great communication. Would rent again.

We were able to stay at this home for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked and had more than we needed. We were there with our elderly parents who lived in the area. Everyone had a great time.

We had a great stay. The pool was fabulous and heated nicely for us. The location was perfect for getting around and was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much! The host is very responsive and helpful.

beautiful property with great southwest arch. and decor. Enjoyed all the amenities. However, property wasn't clean - some rooms and areas had lot of dust. The BR adjacent to Jack and Jill BR bed had very bad mattress. It was soggy, low and very uncomfortable.

Great Location, Quiet but Convenient
Traveling for medical appointments at Mayo Clinic. Home was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was very clean. There were excellent notes available to help answer questions that guests might have. The upstairs bedroom and bath were very spacious and the kitchen was well laid out. Great property in Fountain Hills!
Spacious, comfortable home in a great location on a dead end street. Two couples, so we had plenty of room, we were able to spread out and have our own space when desired. This would be great for families too as the bedrooms are set up so well. Definitely would go back!

What a Phoenix Gem!
Beautiful house in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood. Check in process was easy. Host Andrew was incredibly communicative and helpful. Surrounding area is close to shops while still being relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property for a family or group. House is very nice, comfortable and very complete. Very nice kitchen and prep areas, simply could not ask for more. The back yard and pool area were perfect for us and very private, quiet and secluded. The host Andrew was on top of everything and responded promptly when we had any question. Amazing Vacation
I would first like to thank the Hasmans for allowing my family and me to stay at your beautiful home. This was our first trip to Arizona and I must say that I felt right at home.
