Very comfortable stay

I’ve stayed here a few times this summer when my A/C has been out at home because their deposit is cheap $20 a nite but yet more than once I’ve been charged more than $20 a nite and told it’s a system error when it’s actually an employee error. I always prepay for my room thru Expedia so don’t know why I get overcharged. This last time they couldn’t even fix it correctly and I had to wait to get my$ back. When you don’t have a lot of $$ in your account as it is, it’s so frustrating that the company error can’t be fixed immediately… and as much as I like their pool, you can’t get back in after your swim as they say the heat makes the cards not work…..if that’s the case, why not put signage out about it for your guests.. You always have to walk around the whole building just to get back in in your wet suit..I won’t be going back after this past experience

Comfort in the room
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was good but A/C was not effective. It was not cooking the room as needed. Maybe A/C size was not enough for the size of the room.
