No towels in room. Breakfast late; no plates and no cups for hot coffee. Juice machine not working. Overall the facility is very attractive, but the management of this Best Western leaves much to be desired. I have had very good experiences at other Best Westerns, and will continue to consider Best Western in future travel plans, however, I will never stay at this facility again. Best Western Corporate leadership needs to thoroughly review the management of this facility. Recommend a “secret traveler” or equivalent, to obtain effective insight into what travelers experience at this facility.

No towels of any kind in room.When questioned said it would B 10 mins.3 hrs later went back down ,got 1 bathtowel 4 a 2 day stay.When asked about hand or faceclohes said they diont have those.Pool was not cleaned.Included in PRICE breakfast i guess didnt include BUTTER OR COFFEE CUPS cause they had neither.Outsde stairwells were DISGUSTING & reeked of URINE as did elevator.Outside patio with TV s couches & tables was a nice touch except 4 the human excrement & trashbags of clothing.Looks like they let homeless people live there.WORKERS ARE TOTALLY INCOMPATENT & CLUELESS...U SHOULD B EMBARRASSED 2 ASSOCIATED YOURSELF.PICS DONT UPLOAD.

Be Warned

“Get what you pay for”, well in this case not even that. Room we booked was unavailable, so settled for a room without sofa bed. No towels in the room, only got three total towels for a family of four and one was floor towel. Every trash can in the compound was full so guest are leaving trash on tables. Hotels.com customer rep couldn’t provide solution for room downgrade at the hotel. This just the short version, way more to mention….

We where not bothered by staff and where given extra towels as needed

Terrible breakfast and only 1 towel in the room.

Room only had 1 towel provided. 2 people were in this room for 3 days and only 1 towel was provided. Breakfast was not what the photos show. When I went at 7 am on Wednesday all I saw was eggs, Waffles, and bread for toast. Drink machine was not working either. I was not impressed at all.
