Family time
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice property, but could use about a 1/2 day of repairs and maint.Trash overflowing outside upon arrival, debris inside/outside not completely cleaned by cleaning service.All windows unlocked upon arrival.Locks need to be secured from prior break-ins.Mouse dropping on guest bed under pillows.We cleaned all items inside kitchen cabinets from prior guest use. Property is good, and could be great with better cleaning/maint./small repairs. Exhaust fans in BA's would be great! Pool was clean and enjoyable. No response when requested late checkout. We'd stay again with noted improvements!

The pool is the star 🌟 of this property
Publié le 18 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was as-advertised. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, nice and clean. I agree with the other reviews that the air in the primary bedroom doesn’t work as well - however the AC throughout the house works great.
The pool is the real star of this property. It’s gorgeous. There are even plenty of pool towels.
The area is close to lots of restaurants and shopping - the type you’d see in every suburb. It is only a few blocks from a canal trail which. Is popular for bike riding and running. The neighborhood and the neighbors are quiet. It met all our expectations.

Floors needed to be cleaned by us twice to try and get the bulk of the dirt and pet hair out of things. Kitchen needed more amenities for longer stays, was good if you are in and out and grabbing food away from house.
Pool was great, we had rain for first 3 days so of course the solar heating was not able to keep it warm, not homeowners fault just bad timing. Kitchen really echos into the back bedrooms in the morning. Other than that we still had a good stay.

We appreciate your feedback. I certainly do apologize if you found some excess pet hair. We do our best to ensure every inch of the property has any dirt, debris, and hair vacuumed up, but occasionally we do miss a crumb or two. We are always ready to come out and take care of any issue you may encounter during our guests stay. We cannot respond to items we are not made aware of so yes guests please let us know! We are here to help you enjoy your stay! I would like to address your concern about the pool heater. I'm not entirely sure what you thought was happening with the heater. But the house is powered by solar panels and this incudes the pool heating equipment. The panels have nothing to do with the house's ability to run the heater. They are powered through electric produced by the panels and compensated from the power grid when needed. Yes when it is rainy and cold it is not possible for a pool heater to maintain a warm 84 degrees. We wish we could defy the laws of physics, but unfortunately even Arizona has cold days affecting pool temperatures around the city. Regarding household amenities for the kitchen we are always open to hearing guests feedback on what items would make for a more enjoyable stay for cooking at "home". This home is well stocked for cooking meals and dining at home. If something major is missing we are glad to replace right away. We do not feel the 3 star review is warranted considering we were not made aware of any issues during your stay. Future guests please always let us know anything you need and we can address before you depart. Thanks again for staying

Thanks again for staying with us. We have actually updated the beds in the home. The coffee maker did break and we did replace immediately. We feel a 4 star review perhaps is a little severe. We cannot control when household items break. We can only control our response and we responded that same morning.

Nice Place
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was exactly as described. The pool was heated when we arrived and we were in it immediately. The house had everything we needed. I gave it four stars instead of five for the following reason. There was loud banging and vibrating in the laundry area on our last day. I texted and called about the issue a few times indicating how nervous it was making us. It was at least one and a half hours before the host got back to us. It was our last day there and we left earlier than planned because of the noise.

We were never offered the chance to resolve while you were there and when we did arrive we were able to resolve the issue immediately. Visit Home in the Sun
Publié le 4 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a great stay. All conveniences available. Centrally located. Fully fenced yard for the dogs. Would be nice to have TVs in the bedrooms but overall we would definitely stay again!
