Loud guests running and yelling throughout the night ruined my sleep

I booked a room at 11:30pm then received the confirmation details and looked at the bottom of the page and it said time for check is till midnight. I tried to contact the hotel and the phone kept ringing. I never got ahold of anybody. It didn’t say anywhere on the website that I couldn’t check in at midnight but sure took my money. What a waste of money.

The AC wasnt working it was so hot in the room i stayed in, the sheets on the bed had stains on them, i called to the front and went down to the front to see if theu can change rooms and no one answered my calls or i didn't see anyone so went back up to my room.

The best part of the hotel was leaving. The front lobby looked like picture that’s it. The bathroom was disgusting the whole room was disgusting and not the best area. I would never pick to stay here again.

Building is old and smelly, lobby ceiling has water damdage spots, our bedding was dirty, it had visible dirty spots, for the price they charge I was expecting a better hotel, also it advertised breakfast included, but only offer coffee.
Disappointed and pricey.

These rooms are very overpriced. The floors were stained and bathroom was very dirty and falling apart. I do not recommend.

Horrible stay
Publié le 28 mars 2021 sur HotelsArrived at 415 pm to check in, was greeted by a line of 20 people in the lobby and one employee at the desk. It took nearly an hour to check in and get keys, that did not work, had to go back to the desk. I reserved a King room, got a room with two queen beds, no remote for tv in room.
There are prominent signs posted on door and check in counter that read “masks required on property” the employee was not wearing a mask. Completely unacceptable service.

Excellent hotel

Only drawback was there was no breakfast area due to Covid restrictions. We were very happy with Tempe by the Mall. It was much better than the original hotel we had booked online. When we arrived the place was terrible as was the room. Went online and found Tempe by the Mall, and my son and I were happy we found it.
