Nice staff but whole place needs renovating.
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HotelsStaff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was pretty clean. The decor however was awful. I don't think my room had been updated since the 80s. Everything was brown and it had a weird smell. It was dark too and the AC was so loud.

It's a great place with lots to do. The gym is phenomenal, and I also liked the pool area. It was too hot for me to enjoy too much outdoor activity, so while the tennis court and other areas looked great, I didn't try them. The indoor area near the lobby was very relaxing, and there were great places to chill with a book.
Only critique? I came to Phoenix for a funeral, and ended up having to stay an extra day. When I went to the front desk and in order to add a day, they told me I would have to do it online. This may have been due to how I reserved the room or some other reason but I ended up going online and getting a room closer to the airport for my final night. It would have been a lot easier for me if they just took my money right there, to be honest.

I apologize that our front desk agent did not make you another reservation for an additional night upon your request. That does not meet our expectations for our staff's level of service. I will share your feedback with our Front Office management so that this can be addressed with the agent.
