Beds could be softer and heater whistled really loud but otherwise great stay!

I liked everything except the bed and the pillows. The bed & pillows weren’t comfortable. I woke up with a headache both mornings. A little sore & stiff. Also, not the staff’s fault but calls for Guest Services were coming in to my room phone. When I tried calling Guest Services from my room phone, it didn’t go through. When I told the front desk, they said, it was a new phone system, and they were still trying to work out the kinks. So I had to unplug my phone so I wouldn’t get phone calls all night

From the second we arrived, the service folks and the front desk person were smiling genuine smiles. You could just tell you were in for a great stay. Unfortunately, the work area was too shallow for the three large monitors that my wife needs for her job. We could only stay the weekend. We got a large suite with a full desk at another Hilton property about a mile away, for the next two weeks. Our new home won't be ready to occupy for a few weeks yet. Loved 'Tru by Hilton'! ❤️

The room was very clean, the property was also clean and in a nice area. Very close to many restaurants and shopping.
