Great Private Location

Charles the host is very friendly and easy going and can fill you in on a lot of happenings in the Tempe area. After the initial check in, we were left to our "casita" as I liked to call it. The casita is small but very comfortable. There is limited space for suitcases and clothes etc., so just keep that in mind. The neighborhood is very cute, and many people are out and about walking. Overall, it was a good stay.

Every thing was great except the sofa is very uncomfortable! Perhaps sofa sleeper instead?

Terrific stay in Tempe
Publié le 24 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayI am delighted I picked this rental for my stay. Charles is a really friendly, knowledgeable host, and I’d absolutely stay again if I visit the area again. The fresh grapefruit (grown in the backyard) was a great touch!

Hop on the light rail, free Tempe Orbit buss or get on the close convenient freeways to be anywhere in the Valley in a short time. Chicago Cubs Spring Training ballpark is very close. We frequented the Riverview Park for daily walks.
