Guesthouse Sipanya was almost like a family stay. They take care of every need in a personal way. Rooms were clean and complete. I highly recommend taking the very reasonable day tours offered by the Guesthouse. Mr. Souk us a warm and intelligent guide who spoke excellent English.

Good staff, good guide tour and they also have breakfast as well you can order what you want , I love breakfast here
I extend my stay here more 1 night .

Hotel alejado de los puntos de interes. No tiene calefaccion y cualquier problema es dificil de trasmitir porque solo habla ingles el director y esta poco. El hotel es basico pero con frio, es una tortura.

There is NO 24hr front desk service. I arrived at midnight and could not check in. Had to goto another hotel.

Expedia reservations beware, i booked/paid 2 rooms 3 nights, checked in and they said "error" had only one room open had to split up my party to another hotel, then went to check out early, opened up my room and they cleaned out the room and someone else stuff was in there, i went and complained and asked where my stuff was and why was someone else in room, the front desk person said i only booked 2 nights, i kept telling him NO i have 3 nights, luckily he returned my stuff and showed him my Expedia reservations. When you check in make sure u show the feont desk ppl prove

We're so sorry for the inconvenience yes there was double booked that day that usually doesn’t happen so our responsible have to looking other hotel for your party as you know that time very hard to find hotel due to Mong New year all hotels were super full . other room with us you stayed only 1 night and you took all your stuff out one thing that in the room was only toothbrush so we tried to contact you would like to ask did you check out or not no answer from you so that why we take other guest in to that room but we you back to hotel we also get you other room.
