This is luxury living and the staff are so friendly. The only down side is the cost of food and drink in the resort. Just because you can charge high prices doesn’t mean you should.

I arrived at 10 p.m. due to a resort server error, but I didn't check in for more than 2 hours.
The manager did not appear to be trying to solve the problem.
We were able to be guided to the room at 1 a.m. after paying separately.
It was the worst situation because it was accompanied by children.
I got a call from Expedia the next day and corrected it
There was no separate compensation.

今回のフーコック旅で3つのホテルに宿泊したので、他2つと比較してコメントします。施設はとても綺麗。プールの更衣室は、空調が効いており、おしゃれで、キー付きのロッカーがあって、チェックイン前でも使用可能。スタッフの対応はそこまで丁寧ではない。施設内はバギー移動で、チェックアウト時間付近になると混み合っており、少し時間がかかる。朝食は種類豊富で、ワクワクする。客室は落ち着く雰囲気で、静かだった。3つのホテルの中で1番好きなホテルだった。
