Arrived for new years. What a feast! 4 hours of music, with intermissions that included lion dancing and a magician. Band was really, really good. Only couple of negatives: too many people hung their clothes out to dry (nobody wants to see other people's unmentionables drying) and the breakfast food was average. Service was excellent and the room amenities top drawer.

Poor checking in protocol, waited over 2 hours when pre checking time was arranged and agreed upon. People arriving after us in the lobby over those 2 hours were being brought to their rooms before us, after we kept asking on the final ask the lady at reception stated our room had been ready for a while and didn’t know why we were asking if our room was ready or not

Amazing hotel with a lot of great value for the price. The staff is super friendly. In an area where most of the island is lacking, you can be assured the food and drink options are both plentiful and great tasting here.

The room smelled like rotten fish.
The room smelled like rotten fish. We complained to the staff and they sprayed air freshener and lit oil to try and cover up the smell, but it didn't help. It was late and we were too tired to change rooms so we just stayed and I work up with a terrible headache. After speaking to the manager, she said they've had this problem before on another floor but not on our floor. They did nothing to comp us for this huge inconvenience and gave us two bottles of free water. The only positive was the great buffet breakfast.

Seashells is one of the top hotels in the island. Walking distance from the Phu Quoc Night market and many good seafood restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, large infinity pool, beachfront property. Make sure to book ocean view rooms, they have a balcony where you can relax with beautiful views of the ocean. Phu Quoc is a wonderful island, there are many beaches and places to visit, and very family friendly.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Seashells Hotel and Spa Phu Quoc. The staff offered an excellent hospitality. You can practically ask anything around the local, they have an answer for you. Buffet breakfast was amazing spreads. The BBQ and seafood is a must try. Everything was fresh and tasty. Lots of foods to enjoy with the decent price. You get more than what you pay for with such quality and quantity of foods. Strongly recommended BBQ buffet. Will definitely stay here again in the future of visiting Phu Quoc. Keep up your great services Seashells.
