Très bon hôtel, une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous sommes pu être surclassés à une chambre de suite vue sur mer. Seul dommage, la plage est assez rocheuse, très peu d'arbres. Par contre, très accessible au marché de nuit.

unpleasant Hotel reception

On the other hand, we have many complaints towards the reception team. This hotel communicates on its VIP Access. In fact, it’s not at all!
Our VIP status entitled us to an early reception. It was not the case.
We had to wait 3 hours to get our suite. Every time we asked if we could have our suite, we were told: Go sit down, we will let you know. It was only after 3 hours, after having strongly insisted at reception, that someone deigned to check to realize that the suite had been ready for a long time.
Same for departure, we were not entitled to late check out. Additionally, we were asked to wait to check the room. After a while, the receptionist gave us her OK and as we got into the taxi a person from reception rushed to ask us to wait again because they hadn't checked if we had stolen bathrobes and/or towels.
This practice is somewhat surprising.
During our stay, we approached the tourist office, we simply wanted to find out about the different tours offered by the hotel. A staff member signed us up without our knowledge! because the next morning at 8:30 a.m., he woke us up, calling us to our room, letting us know that we were late, that everyone was waiting for us!

An awesome hotel with luxury room and spa. Nice people working there. Breakfast is a little noisy.

accueil impersonnelle et plutôt froid
chambre plutôt bien par contre matelas trop dur presque une planche
piscine plutôt sympa mais manque de place et de transats
et du côté plage tout à refaire ou plutôt faire "catastrophique"
repas le minimum pour un 5 Étoiles

Impossible de se baigner dans la mer.

Piscine grandiose.
Mais ,mais, mais, la mer est une poubelle, on ne peut pas se baigner dedans, il flotte des tas de choses. Pas de transat sur la plage, mais je comprends pourquoi.
Impossible de trouver un coin d’ombre.
Juste autour de la piscine, mais c’est très difficile. Les parasols ne protègent pas totalement.
Et il y a énormément de monde et de bruit.
À 500 m il y a le marché de nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Hôtel incroyable très bon service! Le restaurant est cher mais pour le reste je le recommande!
