Pool and room was great. Staff reasonably helpful, no one speaks very fluent english which makes certain things difficult. Lots of rubbish on the island and in the water. Empty theme park town and far to access food or things for babies like nappies etc.

We stayed here for a week and found the hotel is very well in most areas , staffs are all polite and professional , foods and drink are top quality , we definitely will come back again.

The staff was extraordinarily polite and professional. No major issues were experienced and all minor concerns were quickly and efficiently addressed.
