1. check -in service: hard to find where is the reception desk......find out we spent 30mins 2. when ck-in they asking 280000 vnd/ each person and swimming pool entrance 100,000 vnd/ each person and really i do not understand you gonna charge for cart ( ex; front resort gate to my room at least 15 -20mins waking????) 3. nobody respond for asking service even hotel operator they do not care hang up the phone easily 4. only good restaurant facility and service 5. even free night no more staying your location. 6. i gonna advise to hotel.com please when u charged the amounts of bill no hidden cost later? i like to see actual number

It was ugry, i cant believe hotels.com’s verification system There wear a lots rats. Some stuffs was expired(by 2016) It was disgusting And cleaning condition was so so so serious. There were some bageutte in the frozen. It was so serious. I need to waste my time, because this villa is not belong to hotel, it was belong to personal. How can i know it? I didnt get any information about the owner, i need to wait until the owner allow my checkin. How serious ??! How Hotels.com accept this kinds of lodge. Im very disappointed, and i cant trust hotels.com How this lodge price can be 450$/day in vietnam???? Are you kidding me???

꼭 플라밍고 자체 소유 빌라인지 확인하시기 바랍니다. 개인이 렌트해 주는 빌라는 플라밍고의 서비스를 받지 못합니다. 입구서 부터 따로 입장료(?) 인당 280,000d 내고 리조트내에 다니는 부기카를 이용하지 못합니다. 리조트내에는 편의점과 같은 물품 구매할 장소가 없습니다. 물론 본인 차량으로 여행을 가셨다면 리조트내 이동. 또는 물품구입. 식당이용 등을 외부에서 할 수 있습니다.

빌라 방3개 짜리인데 방 더럽고 추가 요금도 있습니다. 친추 라고 되어 있는건 개인이 판매 하는 숙소 이니 플라밍고 리조트와 차이가 있습니다.
