Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, c’est propre et pas cher.

Everything fine. They give you good information about restaurant and other place to visit around the hotel. Sell cheap boat ticket to Koh Phi Phi, with pick up at the hotel.

There are many yummy restaurants and interesting places in Phuket town and nearby our hotel where our guests can travel conveniently. We were born here and have our own tour office at our lobby. Therefore, guests can book their favorite tour programs easily.

Good in a pinch.
Publié le 24 févr. 2020 sur HotelsFriendly staff. The place was a bit run down, cockroaches in the room. Walking distance from everything in Phuket town, but I’d recommend staying in one of the hotels down the street instead. Overpriced for what it is. pinch if you have nowhere else to stay.

Our hotel is located in the central of Phuket town where is very convenient for tourists. We clean up our hotel every day and double check again before guests arrive. So, we are confident about our cleanness. Our room rate is reasonable price for private room with private bathroom. Your friend booked our room for you because of our good reviews. He also told us that you had some problems with other hotel nearby Phuket airport before you came to our hotel. We have never seen any cockroaches in any rooms and our lobby since we opened for 3 years. We do pest control every month in every room and lobby when we have no booking inside and around our hotel. Actually, if you found cockroach, you should show us. We didn’t find it when we checked your room. Other hotels had told us that they found some bugs in their rooms and beds because they came from outside with guests’ luggage.

Our hotel is located in central of Phuket town. So, it is very handy to go to interesting places around our hotel such as Phuket Old Town, Walking Street. Clean and good location
Publié le 1 janv. 2020 sur HotelsPerfect location for exploring the Old Town. In and Jo were extremely friendly and provided a lot of suggestions of things to see and places to eat. We booked a tour through them and they were able to get us a good discount. Room was clean and spacious.

We always clean up the rooms before guests check in. Actually you can ask us to clean up the room again if you found the room was dirty. It’s our pleasure to do that. The hair might be fallen while we checked in.

Great value

Night markets, department store, convenience store, money exchange shop, and restaurants are all within 5 mins walk. The room was very basic and simple but it was good value.

We were literally only here for 12 hours in between a flight and a boat out to the islands. The man was very helpful, booked us ferry tickets and gave some tips for dinner and breakfast options. The room was very basic (no fridge, thin blanket and towels, no safe) but clean. A supermarket is across the park which is handy.

Every guesthouse has basic facilities such as cable TV, free WiFi, A/C, water heater while all 4 – 5 star hotel generally provide more facilities such as fridge, safe and so on. It makes you more comfortable but you have to pay more. You can see our facilities on Expedia website. Cleanness and safety are the most important for us to operate our accommodation. There are many yummy restaurants, supermarket and other interesting places around our hotel. So, our guests can walk around and enjoy their time while stay with us.

You are customers who refused that you smoked in the room but we found ashes in bathroom and smelled burning from your room when you checked out. Actually you have to pay us 2,000 baht as can be seen in our house rule. We can keep only your deposit 500 baht because you ran away when your minibus came to pick you up that morning. Next time, when you stay in any hotel, please study and follow the house rule properly. Hotel can call police to arrest you to pay the fine if you break their house rule.
