All generally good. Staff friendly and helpful. In shops people don’t speak much English to explain and ask what u need.

Modern and clean
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HotelsProbably the best hotel you can get for the price in Old Town Phuket. Great staff, food, pool and room. The only thing that could need improvement is the gym, but I won’t let that change my rating:)

The Staff was really friendly and helpful all the time. Rooms are so nice too , would definitely visit again!

Best location close to old town and not noisy around.
Good facilities and very kind staffs.
I would like to visit again this hotel.
Recommend it.

Nice hotel to stay in old town, away from the crowd and only 10-15mins walking to all the places

Good location, not a 4 star experience
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsService was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is well thought through.
Location is good too, short walk will lead you right to the heart of Old Town and there are some nice food spots around the corner.
Gym is better equipped than pictures suggest.
Room was noisy however, woke up twice per night when people were coming back to their rooms (which was past midnight and 2am).
Air condition cooled the room down quickly but too noisy to keep it on in the night so you'd have to cool the room down before going to sleep but would wake up to a room with 27 degrees.
Sustainability confusing as well: the common sign to leave towels on the rack etc., but fork and spoon for breakfast were wrapped in plastic.
Decided to have breakfast on the last day and would not recommend. Better head outside.
Overall the stay was okay, but not what I jad expected from a 4 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very modern and clean. Walking distance to old town shops and markets. Very friendly staff and free ice cream, how good.
