property had no amenities like getting something to eat or drink. No phone in the room to request service. Sheets were substandard. seems not clean, bugs or nits bit me all night

The hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The room was spacious and nicely furnished except for the sofa which had a tear on one arm. The advertised free breakfast was not provided perhaps not surprising as I was the only guest there. The manager was very helpful in setting up a sightseeing tour for me.

Overall the hotel is clean

The airport transport was very good. However on the second day of our stay, we had to make our own breakfast at after 08:00 as there were o one on site! We were told on arrival that breakfast will be from 07:00 to 09:30! I would recommend placing two small chairs on the balcony for the guests. Overall the hotel is clean, breakfast is ok but the location is a bit remote if one does not have a car.

Reba was very accommodating - made sure that I was comfortable, went to find ginger tea to settle my stomach, the night I came in. I really appreciated that. She ensured that I had reliable transportation to move around. Very friendly lady, yet professional. I really admired the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel. I felt so comfortable, that I could walk barefoot even in the shower, something I don't usually do. The towels so white, soft and fluffy. I recommend Montecristo Inn and woold definitely stay there if I make a next visit.
