The fridge is falling apart and moldy, room is dirty. Sign in entry that no breakfast no pool no hot tub . Check in and out through window in entrance and lobby is locked up. No coffee in room and no cups for even a drink of water . This isn’t at all what we are used to for your brand . THIS HOTEL NEEDS SOME CORPORATE ATTENTION!

The room was not what I expected had roaches crawling in the sink on top of the towels and on the bed lost of dust carpet wasn’t clean bed covers were stained with blood … bad experience staying in this hotel needs to be under new management honestly and have all rooms checked for roaches and clean the rooms properly before renting them out to people. Went to the office and let the manager know about my issue I was offered another room and that room also had roaches . Sorry I don’t plan to book a room from then again
