Check in was fine. i had dinner in Casuals and customer service refused to change the channel to a hockey game. There were two other people in the area. No one wanted to watch the basketball that was on. Ridiculous. The steak restaurant has limited beer selection and the last last night kept suggesting i should go to Casuals. I think she had no interest in being there. The exit door from the casino to the east parking is filthy with cigarette butts everywhere. It just seems a little neglected and the staff has lost enthusiasm.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and spacious. There were options for food and a Starbucks downstairs which brought joy to my teen. They had a pool, hottub, sauna and steam room. The pool is not too huge, and the steam room could use to be hotter and steamier however I still fully enjoyed it! The staff are so nice and accomodating! I will definitely stay again. And for the gamblers out there the casino is accessed from in the hotel. Not our purpose but it is convenient. 1 thing I wish was that there was a nice sit down restaurant for people under age for the casino.
