No air conditioner in the bedroom, and the one in the living room stopped working, bedroom was very cold I couldn't sleep
Checkout is at 10 AM, and shockingly, a the cleaning lady entered my room without knocking. When I said I needed a few minutes, she replied, 'I'll give you a minute.' It was simply ridiculous. Avoid this place

after your call to say the air con was not working we had a tradesman come out at 10.30am and got it working, if you didnt play with it - you would have been fine, the apartment was warm when you arrived as we had the heat pump on since 12 noon to ensure our guests are warm on arrival. Yes check out is 10am and if you want longer you need to let us know, how are we supposed to run a business if you just check out when you feel like it. Communicaton would help. We didnt go up to your apartment till 10.30 and you were still there anyway.

This was a last minute booking and the apartment was very nice, conveniently close to the ferry port. Exceeded my expectations in most all regards. There is no openable window in the bedroom (that we could find) so the bedroom was seriously stuffy. We were only there for one night so didn't contact management about it but would have if we were staying for longer.

The view is really unbelievable. Right on the waterfront looking down the sound. It makes it hard to leave the apartment, but the location is also totally central and provides easy access to the harbor, the business district, and to lots of walking tracks. Very highly recommended.

Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe apartment is very clean and beautiful. View was great, parking was safe too. Before heading to North island, it was a great choice. Just a few things: it would be great if there is a photo of "the Swipe" for car garage in the email instructions, and fix the key box lock. Then we didn't have to call. Anyway when I called, the woman staff helped, and let us to leave the keys at the apartment. Wish we can come back. Thanks!

An amazing view and a well set up apartment. The only thing I would have liked was a shopping trolly as the supermarket was a bit of a walk and some containers to keep food fresh. Otherwise everything was perfect. Many thanks.
