Cold in the room heat was not set high enough

Sorry the room was not warm enough, there were also 2 electric heaters in the apartment that could of been used.

sennenHouse is a beautiful historic property.
Michelle and Stephan are excellent hosts who have set the house up well to receive visitors.
Great accomodation, and breakfast.

Disappointing
Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HotelsVery disappointing and not what we had hoped for. It was described as a “luxury” B&B and it was seriously lacking. A do it yourself breakfast set up to poach your own eggs and a coffee make that didn’t work.

Sorry you were so disappointed. Most guests love getting their own breakfast at there own pace. Advertised is a continental breakfast so having eggs is a bonus for most people. Coffee machine does work but I noticed you had the coffee pod in totally wrong and like that it would never work. We would of been more than happy to help with the coffee if you had of asked.Wishing you safe and happy travels.

Everything was perfect in our stay at the property. It was described as luxury accommodation and that is very true. A beautiful suite with classy decor. The attention to detail is remarkable and the breakfast options provided were great.

It was a classy place, a historic site, nice hosts, a comfortable bed and met our needs in every way.

Wonderful stay in a real home from home apartment Every detail thought of to make you feel welcome and cared for Michelle and Stefan were excellent hosts, going above and beyond including transport to and from the port Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will stay again if we are in the area

The Sennen house is an old villa from the 19th century, now run as a private B&B with a british charme. Michelle, our host was very friendly, reliable and helpful. The rooms and kitchen are fully equipped, comfy and clean. The breakfast was really good.
Whenever we will be back in Picton, we will definitely book the Sennen House again.
