Peggy's Cottage - 2BR/1BA, 18 minutes from downtown Greenville

Come and stay south of the city in a semi-rural area with a large fenced yard. Only 18 minutes into downtown Greenville where you'll find loads of good restaurants, good music, and shopping. This fully-equipped cottage is named for the lady who built the house with her husband in the 1940's, and my mother-in-law's neighbor & friend for many, many years. We added the deck on the back to enjoy the outdoors - there's a firepit and a gas grill for your use also. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds and one bathroom that has a tub/shower and a heated towel warmer. There's a dedicated office area off of the eat-in kitchen, a laundry closet and plenty of counter space. Lots of mature trees on the property, and a there's a pond right across the road where you can see the occasional heron or ducks & geese. You will love the quietness of the "country" while being close to all that the city of Greenville has to offer.

Wedding Stay
We were in the area for a wedding. Cheryl communicated politely and frequently about the stay and was so helpful! We found it to be spacious, comfortable, private, and had just what we needed. Cheryl was even kind about our late check in and early check out times. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Great for concert attendees
The house is a perfect place to stay for attending concerts at the nearby Bon Secours arena (the old Bi-lo Center). There's evan a local Brewery just a couple minutes away. Very private and quiet with a fire pit, gas grill, etc. The owners are very responsive and helpful.
