Great place for family to explore Tuscany

We stayed here for 2 nights and used this as the base to explore the Tuscany contryside. Pienza was such a beautiful little town and it's one of the best places to experience an authentic Italian life. My wife and I enjoyed strolling down the little streets in early morning and eveyning and it's so easy to walk all over the town from here. Finding a parking close to the property might be a little tricky sometime, but if you are willing to drive around, you should be able to find a free parking spot in the streets or in the paid parking area in front of the property.
The rooms were very nice and clean. Although there was no AC, we didn't find we actually needed one even though we stay here in the hottest days of summer 2019. There electric fans were sufficient to provide some air circulation which we really liked. Breakfast was also excellent. We would love to stay here again given a chance.

Simple, small bed and breakfast. Check in employee was rather rude when we arrived. We struggled with finding parking and she seemed very annoyed when we asked for help. They do have their own restaurant, but with the unfriendliness upon arrival, we didn’t have any desire to go there. Check in girl also held on to our passports (we were there 2 days) and sneered at us when requesting them back. On checkout day, I asked to pay and get passports. I was told it was breakfast time and would need to wait. We had a train to make....just frustrating!

Appartamento per una famiglia molto carino situato in centro a Pienza con vista panoramica sulla val d'orcia... Personale gentilissimo.... Assolutamente consigliato.
