Everything we needed

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were even able to cook up a Thanksgiving dinner. It was centrally located close to bird hunting (the grasslands), shopping, and eating. There were several good restaurants nearby to enjoy. It served well as a home away from home. We appreciated having a pet-friendly rental with a washer and dryer. Both are not easy to find. We loved the area. The host was very attentive and easy to work with throughout our stay.

Quiet Neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood and it was located very close to the work conferences I had to attend. The bathtub was huge and plenty of hot water!

Property was as advertised. Older home, but updated throughout. Clean. Was there for work, so did not spend much time in home. No issues at all.

Filmore Property

My stay was more convenient than what a hotel would have been. I had a boat along so it was nice to pull it in the alley and back it in the back yard to charge. Receptacle was just off the garage. The property needs updates. Deck was in rough shape but sufficed. My biggest beef was all the dog hair that was inside. Dont get me wrong I have dogs of my own but it was like no one swept the floors before our stay. Stan was very accommodating. I'm sure if I called him he would have done something about it. That's the main reason I give this a 3 star rating.

We're truly sorry to hear that you didn't have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests. -We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in. We've never received any complaints, on the contrary, from previous guests, we've received glowing reviews and comments. -The owner let us know they inspect each of their properties before a guest's arrival to make sure all beds have clean linens, the floors are spotless, and the kitchen is immaculate. -Further, the owner let us know they are present when the cleaners are there to observe the cleanliness of each stay. -We believe this was a sincere oversight about the dog hair. It is conceivable that dog hair was brought in when the owner inspected the home. As for pet hair, this is the first time a guest has provided this feedback however, we are sorry that cleanliness issues impacted your stay, and we will pass along your comments to the cleaning team. We hope you had a pleasant overall stay, and we remain committed to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

Wonderful stay

Clean property, very nice neighborhood, loved our stay there. Hope to stay there again next year! Highly recommend this house for other renters.
