We booked and paid fully for family room and we did not get it they said it's already booked and person at reception promises us to get some refund as we used small room. Still waiting for that money to be refunded.

The service was terrible, we have to ask for everything and the room was not clean and with a smell of paint on the other room no towel nothing even tv remote, It was my last time booking there

I am extremely disappointed nit wiyh YES PLEASE BUT with Hotels.com . You took my money, gave me very bad service for which I paid separately, all I need is my full refund
