Poor standard. The wiew was ok. You have to wear a bathing cap to be in the swimming pool so the children refused to enter. We rented a garage space and hit the car when driving out from the garage and a piece from the car came loose because of the uneven ramp. The hotel told us they where going to look at the camera and get back to us, but didnt even though we had a conversation on WhatsApp which they preferred. And although I asked a lots of times they ghosted us. It was also not possible to take a shower without wetting the whole bathroom floor. Most of the bath towels where use to dry the floor. No sunbed where included at the beach or any Beach Club.

Good morning Sandra,we are sorry for your negative review, which we believe is due to your unfortunate experience with the car..... but, as we said when you checked out, we do not have a ramp in our garage (!). The entrance is flat. The damage to the car is probably due to a wrong manoeuvre. Wearing a swimming cap in the pool makes the water much cleaner and allows us to use less chlorine and other additives. We believe this is very healthy for the eyes and skin of our guests. We are aware that wearing a swimming cap is annoying for some, but our priority is the hygiene and health of our guests, especially our youngest guests.As clearly stated in the terms and conditions, your booking did not include beach service. We regret the inconvenience of the shower. If you had informed us, we would have fixed it.
